Return & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • In case of Wrong product received
  • In case of Incomplete order received
  • In case of Damaged Product received

 

Items that do not qualify for returns:

  • Breakable items such as terracotta products
  • Products purchased during sale
  • Custom - made orders

 

Initiating a Return Process

To initiate return, please follow the steps below: -

  • Initiate the return within 2 days of product delivery.
  • You can initiate the return by emailing us at contact@createyourtaste.in or using WhatsApp chat.
  • While submitting a return request, please provide the following details:
  1. Image/Video of the product received
  2. Order Number, AWB number, Reason for Return
  • To process a return, please ensure the items are packed in the original packaging used.
  • If the listed reasons qualify for a return, a refund will be provided after the items pass a quality check

 

 REFUND PROCESS

  • Once the product reaches us, the team will do a quality check and refund will be processed accordingly.
  • If the payment was made via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI, the refund will be processed within 10-15 working days to your original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to facilitate a seamless refund experience.

 

EXCHANGE

  • As a policy, we currently do not provide EXCHANGE.

 

 CANCELLATION

  • Please note once the order is placed, it is not eligible for immediate cancellation.
