Return & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- In case of Wrong product received
- In case of Incomplete order received
- In case of Damaged Product received
Items that do not qualify for returns:
- Breakable items such as terracotta products
- Products purchased during sale
- Custom - made orders
Initiating a Return Process
To initiate return, please follow the steps below: -
- Initiate the return within 2 days of product delivery.
- You can initiate the return by emailing us at contact@createyourtaste.in or using WhatsApp chat.
- While submitting a return request, please provide the following details:
- Image/Video of the product received
- Order Number, AWB number, Reason for Return
- To process a return, please ensure the items are packed in the original packaging used.
- If the listed reasons qualify for a return, a refund will be provided after the items pass a quality check
REFUND PROCESS
- Once the product reaches us, the team will do a quality check and refund will be processed accordingly.
- If the payment was made via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI, the refund will be processed within 10-15 working days to your original mode of payment.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to facilitate a seamless refund experience.
EXCHANGE
- As a policy, we currently do not provide EXCHANGE.
CANCELLATION
- Please note once the order is placed, it is not eligible for immediate cancellation.
